Appraisal methods of “Anyun” berth lock
The product is developed and produced by our company, and obtained “New Practical Patent” and “Appearance Design Patent” awarded by the State Patent Bureau in 2003 and 2004 respectively. Any unit or individual’s making similar products shall be acts of infringement, and our company will safeguard its intellectual property right at all costs. Customers are advised to our company’s products to avoid being cheated and causing unnecessary economic losses and troubles.
1、Our company adopts imported outdoor powder coating. In appearance, they have high gloss degree, strong adhesion, and the color doesn’t fade easily; fake products have coarse paint coating, the paint comes off easily, and many inside wires are exposed to the outside.
2、Product specification: 640*158*80mm, the highest position: 300mm; fake products are longer and wider than our products, causing products to be not voltage-resistant and easy to be distorted.
3、All hardware parts are made by mould opening. Where night light “Exclusive Berth” words are affixed there is a groove of 320*32mm, and on the right where aluminum sign is affixed there is a groove of 70*35mm; fake products adopt section bar, the thickness is not enough, and there are no grooves.
4、Relevant packing arrangements: berth lock host, charger, two remote controls, four bulgy screws, rocking handle, and warranty card and the instructions (Chinese and English edition).
5、Storage battery is 12V, 8AH, dedicated battery of remote control berth lock, characterized by low self-discharge capacity, long waiting time and complete seal; fake products adopt 12V, 7AH storage battery common in the market, with obvious welding joint, waterproof glue easily comes off, causing shirt circuit of battery and severe fire or explosion.
6、The bracket part is also made by mould opening, and it adopts cold rolled sheet 3.0mm in thickness; fake products adopt section bar 0.8-1.2mm in thickness, causing berth lock easy to shake, not firm and easy to be distorted.
7、Control panels adopt imported electronic components, chips are made in Japan with high stability, static electricity is controlled below 1.5mA, and when charged one time they can be used for more than 4 months; fake products adopt domestic electronic components, electric current is generally more than 4mA, and when charged one time they can be used for 2 month at most.
8、Our company adopts DC connector plugs, charging is convenient, no need to consider positive and negative electrodes; fake products adopt aviation plugs, charging is extremely inconvenient, easy to connect positive and negative electrodes incorrectly, causing charger and storage battery to be burnt.
